Job Description
The company is looking for a technical expert in real estate services for their Trentino-Alto Adige regional directorate, based in either Bolzano or Trento. This role involves managing state-owned properties, including their economic and technical aspects.
You'll be responsible for planning and programming property management activities, handling financial reporting, and preparing technical and valuation documents. This includes conducting site inspections, managing cadastral and land registry operations, and assessing property maintenance needs.
The position requires a master's degree in architecture or engineering, at least five years of relevant experience, and a strong understanding of real estate legislation and management. Proficiency in CAD software and the Office suite is also necessary.
