This role is for a BIM Specialist focused on civil engineering projects, working in either Madrid or Bilbao. You'll be responsible for creating and managing detailed BIM models for infrastructure projects, including roads and urban networks, using Civil 3D and Revit. A key part of the job involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless model integration and resolving any clashes. You'll also be involved in structuring data according to BIM standards, generating surfaces from point clouds, and performing clash detection with Navisworks. The position requires ensuring all models and documentation adhere to industry standards and regulations. Additionally, you'll use BIM tools for quantity take-offs and cost management with Presto, and prepare technical documentation. The company is looking for someone with a Civil Engineering background and at least three years of experience in similar roles. Advanced knowledge of Civil 3D, Revit, and Navisworks is essential, along with basic familiarity with Presto and experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud.
