Job Description
The State of Colorado is looking for a Senior Delivery Engineer to join their transformation journey. This role is remote and based anywhere within Colorado. You'll be a key technical leader, acting as the bridge between Enterprise Architecture and agency needs.
Your main focus will be evaluating technology options, ensuring vendor quality, and identifying potential architectural issues before they impact project delivery. You'll provide the technical governance needed to make sure solutions are sustainable, secure, and align with state standards.
This position requires a strong understanding of modern software architecture patterns, cloud-native design, and APIs. You'll need to assess vendor proposals, conduct technical reviews, and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
