Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Specialist to manage and optimize their CX Alloy software throughout data center projects. This role involves supporting various teams by handling workflows, tracking issues, managing documentation, and integrating with Procore to ensure quality and project delivery.
You'll be responsible for administering the CX Alloy platform, creating user accounts, and establishing workflows for commissioning processes. This includes managing a wide range of commissioning documentation and ensuring it aligns with procedures. You will also oversee the tracking and resolution of issues, deficiencies, and observations within the platform.
Additionally, the role requires coordinating with Procore for observations, issues, and quality workflows, ensuring data consistency between the two platforms. You'll develop reports and dashboards to track progress, system readiness, and contractor performance, while also ensuring data quality and providing training and support to project teams.
