The company is looking for a Calculator Infra in Zwolle, Netherlands. You'll be the go-to person for making sure projects are accurately costed, from the initial estimate to the final bid. In this position, you'll translate project specifications and drawings into detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns. You'll create estimates, including scenario and sensitivity analyses for pricing, timelines, and risks, ensuring decisions are fact-based. You'll also manage supplier and subcontractor quotes, build price comparisons, and provide the cost justification for bids. This role involves contributing to winning bids for various infrastructure and civil works projects. You'll also take the lead on independent bids, coordinating with project managers and site supervisors, and overseeing the entire costing process before submission.
