This role involves preparing, analyzing, and developing technical and economic bids and offers. You'll be working on creating competitive proposals and ensuring accurate cost evaluations, measurements, and construction solutions for each project. You will be responsible for studying and analyzing building and civil engineering projects, reviewing technical documentation, and preparing budgets and economic studies. This includes taking measurements, quantifying items, and comparing supplier and subcontractor offers. You'll also prepare technical documentation for public and private tenders and analyze project costs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Technical Architecture or a similar field, with 2-3 years of experience in studies departments or similar roles. Proficiency in Presto, AutoCAD, Excel, and budgeting software is essential, along with the ability to interpret plans and technical documents. A keen analytical mind, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are also important.
