Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Specialist to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves using the company's BIM platform to foster collaboration among architects, engineers, and contractors.
You'll be responsible for delivering a range of BIM services, including Revit modeling and family creation, clash detection, and 3D visualization. The position also requires expertise in 4D construction sequencing, 5D quantity take-offs, and 7D asset management deliverables.
A key part of this role is preparing BIM deliverables according to Employer Information Requirements and performing quality assurance and control of BIM models, ensuring they meet project standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements from 300 to 500.
