Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Specialist IV in New York, New York. This role involves both hands-on technical work and strategic advisory for digital project delivery on large, complex projects. You'll help shape BIM and VDC strategies, workflows, and digital transformation initiatives.
You should be comfortable with model building and automation, as well as advising stakeholders on BIM standards and data strategies. The ideal candidate has a hybrid mindset, blending strategic thinking with technical execution, and strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience with Autodesk Suite, Power BI, and Digital Twin Technologies is required.
