Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Specialist I to join their team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This role involves supporting BIM process implementation, developing 3D models, drawings, and project data. It's a chance to build foundational skills within a global structural engineering firm that specializes in mission-critical facilities, data centers, aviation, and advanced manufacturing.
In this position, you will assist in creating and managing BIM models, collaborating with project teams for seamless BIM integration, and supporting the development of project documentation. You'll also be involved in clash detection and resolution, ensuring model accuracy, and maintaining quality standards. Staying current with BIM technology trends is also part of the role.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of BIM experience, a good grasp of BIM workflows and software like Revit and AutoCAD, and familiarity with BIM execution planning and model coordination. Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with a desire to learn and grow in the BIM field, are essential.
