Job Description
This role is for a BIM Specialist in Kansas City, Missouri. The company is looking for someone to lead digital project management and BIM strategies, enhancing collaboration across projects. You'll be responsible for BIM coordination, developing digital delivery standards, and supporting a variety of project types.
The position involves partnering closely with production and construction teams to deliver high-quality digital models and optimize project outcomes. You will also manage QA/QC processes, lead clash detection, and prepare digital model presentations for clients. This role requires at least 8 years of experience in BIM or a related field, with strong proficiency in Revit and other 2D/3D applications.
