Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Specialist with a focus on MEP systems to join their design and site support team. You'll be working closely with project teams and site personnel to manage and update BIM models for mechanical (HVAC) and electrical systems.
Your day-to-day will involve making quick adjustments to Revit models based on site requests, updating pathways for ductwork, piping, and electrical trays, resolving minor clashes or on-site interferences, and producing updated drawings for the construction site.
To be successful in this role, you'll need at least one year of experience in BIM MEP and a strong command of Autodesk Revit (MEP). A good understanding of HVAC and/or electrical systems is also essential.
