The company is looking for a BIM Professional to join their Engineering and Design team in Portland, Oregon. This role involves providing BIM documentation and support for structural projects, translating concepts into coordinated drawings, and managing Revit families. You'll be working closely with project leaders, engineers, and clients to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. You'll be responsible for coordinating project tasks, responding to client deadlines, and creating project documents. The role also involves developing your modeling and drafting skills, organizing the BIM environment, and promoting best practices in Revit to improve production efficiency. You will also be involved in developing complex models and supporting project coordination efforts. The ideal candidate will have around four years of experience in BIM or construction, with at least one year of 3D/BIM modeling, or equivalent education. Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD is essential, with Tekla or Advanced Steel being a plus. Strong understanding of construction documents, the ability to interpret engineering markups, and excellent teamwork and communication skills are also required.
