Job Description
The company is looking for a CAD/BIM Specialist with a background in Chemical and Advanced Manufacturing to join their team in Bengaluru, India. This role involves creating detailed Revit models for various engineering stages, focusing on chemical, bulk, and specialty gas systems. You'll also be responsible for managing BIM content, families, and standards, ensuring seamless coordination with architectural and structural teams.
Your work will include developing Site Master Plans, General Arrangement drawings, and 2D/3D models, all while adhering to industry standards and project specifications. You'll use tools like AutoCAD and Revit to design systems and equipment, and manage models up to LOD-350+ for detailed design and clash-free integration before construction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for space management and clash detection using Navisworks and BIM 360 will be key.
This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and over 8 years of experience in BIM/CAD for industrial projects, particularly with process chemical, bulk, and specialty gas utility systems. Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office is essential.
