Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Specialist in Houston, Texas. This role involves creating and managing Building Information Models for various construction projects, ensuring they are accurate and support design, coordination, and field execution. You'll be working closely with project teams and trade partners to deliver constructible models.
You'll use tools like Autodesk Revit and Navisworks for modeling and clash detection, focusing on electrical systems. The job also includes generating drawings, maintaining model data, and leading coordination meetings. A strong understanding of BIM standards and electrical construction practices is key.
This position requires at least five years of BIM/Revit experience or ten years in electrical construction. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud is essential, along with good communication and problem-solving skills.
