Job Description
This role is for a BIM Specialist II based in Houston, Texas. The company is looking for someone to lead BIM process implementation on complex projects, manage model coordination, and mentor junior staff. You'll be working on diverse projects within a growing engineering firm.
You'll be responsible for developing and coordinating BIM models, overseeing daily BIM activities, and ensuring smooth integration between disciplines. This includes managing model updates, quality control, and assisting with project-specific BIM standards. You'll also train junior BIM staff and build relationships with clients and project teams.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of BIM experience, with strong skills in Revit and Navisworks, and proven experience in model coordination. Good communication and the ability to mentor others are also key.
