Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Specialist to join their team in Bastrop, Texas. You'll be responsible for integrating and coordinating Building Information Modeling across fast-paced projects, ensuring objectives are met through effective model management and collaboration. This role involves developing detailed 3D BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, and performing clash detection and coordination for multidisciplinary projects.
You will also collaborate closely with stakeholders to establish BIM standards and workflows, acting as the primary BIM resource for project teams. The position requires leading the transition of BIM workflows to in-house operations and generating construction documentation. A Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management and at least 3 years of hands-on BIM experience are necessary.
