Job Description
This structural engineering firm is looking for a Senior BIM Specialist to join their team in Emeryville, California. You'll be a key player in shaping large-scale, complex projects by leading the development and management of high-quality Revit models and construction documents.
Your role will involve driving BIM coordination, resolving modeling challenges, and ensuring efficient project structures. You'll collaborate closely with project teams, provide technical guidance on Revit and AutoCAD, and help implement BIM standards and best practices. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office per week.
The ideal candidate has over 6 years of Revit and BIM experience, strong skills in coordination tools like Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud, and proficiency with Bluebeam and Revit add-ins. Experience with large-scale projects and advanced problem-solving abilities for complex modeling challenges are essential.
