This role focuses on maintaining and improving the Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems for a large retail company. You'll be responsible for ensuring the integrity of BIM data, keeping design hardware and software running smoothly, and exploring new technologies to reduce building costs. Your day-to-day will involve reviewing and updating Revit families, helping to create and document BIM workflows and standard operating procedures, and assisting with the implementation of supporting software. You'll also support training for external partners and contribute to BIM execution plans. The company is looking for someone with a solid understanding of BIM and Revit, ideally with at least two years of experience in design, drafting, or engineering using Autodesk Revit. Good communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
