Job Description
This structural engineering firm is looking for a Senior BIM Specialist to join their team in Emeryville, California. You'll be a key player in shaping large-scale, complex projects by leading the development and management of high-quality Revit models and construction documents.
You'll be responsible for driving BIM coordination, resolving modeling challenges, and ensuring efficient project workflows. This role involves collaborating closely with project teams, providing technical support on Revit and AutoCAD, and mentoring staff to implement BIM standards and best practices. Experience with Dynamo or pyRevit for optimizing modeling efficiency is a plus.
The ideal candidate has over 6 years of Revit and BIM experience, strong skills in coordination tools like Navisworks and Revizto, and familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud. You should be adept at leading full construction document production and possess advanced problem-solving abilities for complex modeling issues.
