This role is about managing the vital data resources for a global portfolio of data center assets. You'll be responsible for maintaining BIM files, operational manuals, and other crucial documents, ensuring everything is organized and accessible. This involves working closely with BIM specialists, engineers, and construction teams to implement and maintain BIM technologies and workflows. You'll play a key part in developing and maintaining essential lifecycle documents, researching missing information, and providing technical support across various engineering disciplines. A significant aspect of the job includes developing and executing quality review programs for the Global Library portfolio and contributing to tools and standards that enhance resource integration. On a day-to-day basis, you'll collaborate with BIM Client Information Managers, Construction Managers, and vendors to review and ingest resources. You'll also meet with project teams and stakeholders to discuss resource requests and refine processes.
