Job Description
The company is looking for someone to manage their Solidworks PDM Professional system. This involves setting up and improving the CAD and PDM environment, including user permissions, data cards, workflows, and system updates. You'll also be responsible for training colleagues, supporting them with technical issues, and maintaining the parts catalog.
This role also includes setting up integrations between CAD, PDM, ERP, and other databases, as well as managing file and sheet formats. Ensuring data integrity and security will be a key part of your responsibilities, working closely with the IT department.
To be successful, you'll need a technical background, several years of experience with PDM systems, and strong knowledge of Solidworks PDM Professional and CAD. A proactive approach, good communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy are also important.
