Job Description
The company is looking for a Land Surveyor to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves conducting site surveys and ensuring accurate measurements for various construction projects, including residential, commercial, and villa developments. You'll be using surveying equipment and GPS to perform setting out for buildings and infrastructure, verifying project details against approved drawings.
Your responsibilities will include preparing survey reports and as-built drawings, and working closely with engineers and site teams to maintain survey accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. You'll also be responsible for monitoring construction progress and ensuring all work adheres to project specifications and quality standards.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least three years of land surveying experience in the UAE construction industry, with a background in residential, commercial, or villa projects. Proficiency with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and relevant surveying software is essential, as is the ability to read engineering drawings. A valid UAE driving license and current availability in the UAE are also required.
