Job Description
The company is looking for a Land Surveyor with 2 to 4 years of experience in the UAE. This role involves establishing and maintaining survey control points, verifying structural elements, and conducting setting out for façade installations. You'll be responsible for ensuring verticality, alignment, and adherence to tolerances during the installation process.
Your day-to-day will include coordinating with façade engineers and site teams, preparing survey reports, and ensuring all work aligns with project specifications and approved drawings. You'll also monitor movement joints and perform final dimensional verification before handover.
This position requires proficiency with surveying equipment like total stations and GPS, along with knowledge of AutoCAD. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with various project stakeholders.
