Job Description
A Land Surveyor is needed to carry out precise surveying and setting-out for stormwater and microtunneling projects in Dubai. This role involves ensuring all construction alignments, levels, and coordinates meet approved drawings, project specifications, and RTA/DM standards.
The position requires performing various surveys, establishing and maintaining control points, and verifying alignments and levels during construction. You'll also conduct as-built surveys, maintain accurate records, and resolve any discrepancies on-site. A key part of the role is ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
To be successful, you'll need a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering, with mandatory RTA approval for Microtunneling Works. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GPS, and Total Station is essential, along with familiarity with RTA, DM, and DEWA standards. A minimum of 7 years of experience in similar infrastructure projects, particularly in the UAE, is required.
