Job Description
This role is for a Survey Cad Technician in Germantown, Maryland. You'll be transforming field data into working drawings, existing condition base sheets, and finished plats using CAD/MicroStation. This involves performing boundary, topographic, and control surveys, as well as construction stakeout.
You'll also be responsible for survey computations and preparing plats and legal descriptions. The position requires proficiency in AutoCAD with at least two years of surveying experience, along with at least two years of field surveying experience. Knowledge of Civil 3D, Carlson Survey, and ALTA surveys is also important.
Initially, the role will be a mix of office and field work, transitioning to a full-time office position in a modern, newly built office environment. If you're looking to apply your surveying and CAD skills in a dynamic setting, this could be a great fit.
