This company is seeking a Registered Professional Land Surveyor to join their growing engineering and survey team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. You'll be managing land development survey projects from beginning to end, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables for a diverse client base.
Your role will involve leading field and office teams, reviewing and certifying survey documents, and preparing project proposals and schedules. You'll also collaborate with engineers, developers, and city officials, and maintain compliance with all relevant Texas regulations.
The ideal candidate holds an active RPLS license in Texas and has 5-10 years of experience in land development surveying. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or Trimble, along with strong knowledge of Texas land laws and surveying standards, is essential.
