Job Description
The company is looking for a Civil Engineering Site Supervisor in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, Canada. This role involves overseeing various urban infrastructure projects, ensuring that work aligns with plans and specifications. You'll be responsible for identifying discrepancies, proposing solutions, and documenting progress through daily reports.
Your day-to-day will include taking measurements, conducting topographic surveys, and liaising with clients, contractors, and municipalities. You'll also prepare progress payment statements and meeting minutes, contributing to the overall successful execution of projects.
While a DEC in Civil Engineering Technology is an asset, the company is primarily seeking at least 10 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, along with surveying equipment, is beneficial. A valid driver's license, a personal vehicle, and the ASP Construction certification are required. Strong communication skills in French, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.
