Job Description
This company is looking for a Building Surveyor to join their Property and Asset Management Team. You'll be working with a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and land, managing everything from condition surveys to project management for maintenance and refurbishment schemes.
The role involves taking the lead on design and project delivery, preparing planning and building regulation applications, and managing external consultants. You'll need a relevant degree, experience with regulatory frameworks, and strong technical surveying and project management skills. Knowledge of CAD and JCT contracts would be beneficial.
