Job Description
This role is for an Offshore Survey Engineer based in Canada. You'll be responsible for making sure all survey equipment is ready and tested for offshore projects. This involves preparing, configuring, and mobilizing equipment, as well as installing and maintaining survey systems on vessels and offshore installations.
You'll also be on hand to operate and monitor the equipment during projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide on-site support to clients and project teams. Keeping accurate records of equipment and project documentation is also a key part of the job.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Offshore Survey Engineer, with a qualification in Electrical/Electronics/Engineering Systems or equivalent industry experience. Current offshore survival accreditation and a valid medical are also required.
