Job Description
The company is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with at least seven years of experience in roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects. This role involves leading the commercial team on a major infrastructure project, requiring strong skills in cost and contract management, budget control, and change management. You'll be responsible for surveying, data analysis, and preparing reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will have a QS or Engineering degree and excellent English literacy, with Arabic being a plus. They should be computer literate, proficient in cost management software, and capable of presenting confidently. A dynamic, forward-thinking individual who can self-manage, manage others, and build strong working relationships within a large, dynamic team environment is sought.
