The company is looking for an intermediate construction site technician in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This role involves acting as a site superintendent, overseeing health, safety, and environmental aspects for all stakeholders, including subcontractors. You'll lead daily safety meetings, ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards, and coordinate project resources. The position requires planning and monitoring work progress, performing quality control, and collecting/analyzing operational and financial data for accurate reporting. You will also conduct field work to supervise environmental characterizations and site rehabilitations, and manage cost accounting systems. Candidates should have post-secondary education and at least 8 years of experience in materials control and/or environmental rehabilitation monitoring. Experience in coordinating construction or environmental rehabilitation sites is essential, along with a valid driver's license, a vehicle, ASP Construction card, and WHMIS certification.
