Job Description
The company is looking for Site Engineers to join their team in Limerick, Ireland. This role involves using cutting-edge augmented reality technology to improve construction processes. You'll be on-site, wearing a smart headset to visualize design models and identify potential errors before they become costly problems.
Your day-to-day will include conducting site inspections using the AR headset, verifying installations against BIM models, and using surveying equipment to set control points. You'll also be communicating with clients, producing reports, and coordinating with contractors to plan upcoming activities. Processing and reviewing data to ensure accuracy will be key, as will working with the team to plan inspections and prepare models for the AR system.
Ideally, you'll have at least two years of experience in a field engineer or surveying role, with a background in construction, surveying, or engineering. While knowledge of 3D software or BIM is a plus, the company is keen to train individuals with a strong work ethic and an interest in new technology.
