The company is looking for a Geomatics Coordinator to join their team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This role involves managing and coordinating 3D models for heavy civil projects, including roads, structures, and rail. You'll be using software like Civil 3D and NavisWorks for model coordination, clash detection, and volumetric takeoffs. You'll work closely with design consultants, subcontractors, and the construction team to ensure a smooth flow from design to execution. A good understanding of georeferenced designs, digital terrain modeling, and various surveying methods, including Lidar and drone technology, is essential. Experience with photogrammetry would be a plus. This position requires a diploma or degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience, along with at least three years of experience on large civil projects. Proficiency in Revit, NavisWorks, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office is a must.
