The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in a related field and at least two years of CAD drafting experience, preferably in construction or heavy civil projects. Strong skills in AutoCAD and Civil 3D are essential, with Revit and Navisworks experience being a plus. Familiarity with temporary works and construction methods, along with excellent communication and organizational skills, are also important.
