Job Description
This role is for a Technical Assistant / Site Manager's Assistant focused on rehabilitation projects in Madrid. You'll be supporting the site manager with daily tasks, including managing price requests, material orders, and coordinating both in-house and subcontracted staff. A key part of the job involves tracking and updating information on CAE platforms and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The company is looking for someone with a vocational qualification in Building, Drafting, or Construction, and at least one year of experience in installation or maintenance companies. Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Presto is highly desirable, as is a B1 level of English.
