Job Description
The company is looking for a Junior Technologist to join their Buildings team in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. This role involves designing and implementing electrical systems for various municipal, industrial, and transit projects. You'll be responsible for creating power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, communications, and security systems, as well as preparing design documentation and conducting site investigations.
You'll need a post-secondary diploma in Electrical design technology and at least 3 years of experience in electrical design for building systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential, along with a solid understanding of electrical systems and the Canadian Electrical Code. Experience with capital region clients is a plus.
