Job Description
This role is for a BIM Technician specializing in industrial mechanical and piping. You'll be working on significant industrial projects, creating 3D models and drawings for complex installations. Your work will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative technical solutions.
You will be responsible for producing detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards. Occasional site visits may be required for data collection. This position offers the chance to develop your skills on diverse and impactful projects across Quebec and Canada.
The ideal candidate has a DEC in mechanical engineering or industrial design, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Plan 3D, Inventor, and Revit is expected. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team are essential, as is bilingualism due to frequent interaction with English-speaking clients and partners.
