Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM/CAD Technician II to join their Nashville team. You'll be using Autodesk Revit to create accurate construction drawings for a variety of project types, from manufacturing facilities to schools and medical centers.
Your role will involve collaborating with structural engineers and designers to produce contract documents, ensuring they meet project specifications and client expectations. You'll apply your knowledge of building design and drafting practices to deliver efficient and dependable results.
The ideal candidate has 2-7 years of experience with Revit and a good understanding of wood, steel, concrete, and masonry design for low to mid-rise structures. You should be a self-starter, eager to learn and improve, and able to work independently while consulting with leads when needed.
