This role is for a Controls Technician based in Dubai, focusing on the service and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS) across various projects like data centers and commercial buildings. You'll be responsible for executing daily service and maintenance tasks, performing testing and commissioning, and coordinating with subcontractors for installations and rectifications. You will also be involved in customer coordination, preparing necessary documentation, and identifying opportunities for system enhancements and business growth. This position requires a proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting service level agreements. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in a relevant engineering field, with at least five years of experience in BMS commissioning and operations. Strong customer service, communication, and HVAC knowledge are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A valid UAE driving license is a strong preference.
