Job Description
The company is looking for a Building Technician to join their team in Berlin. This role involves preparing overhead line construction sites technically, developing buildable execution concepts, and supporting construction and project management with high-quality planning documents.
You'll be responsible for creating execution concepts that are ready for construction, developing planning documents for site management, clients, and authorities, and ensuring all necessary permits are obtained. You'll also align quantity estimates with overall planning and support the construction process by updating documents as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should have a completed education in construction or building technology, or a comparable qualification, with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry. Experience in overhead line construction is a significant advantage, as are basic knowledge of DIN standards and familiarity with GIS and CAD applications.
