Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Tech II to join their team in Franklin, Tennessee. This role is crucial in supporting the creation of accurate and constructible home plans, working with HighArc and legacy Revit models.
You'll be responsible for drafting and maintaining plans, elevations, and details, while also updating Revit models during a transition to HighArc. A key part of this role involves producing accurate construction details, ensuring they meet building code requirements, and incorporating feedback to refine plans for consistency and constructability.
