Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Tech II to join their team in Franklin, Tennessee. This role is crucial in supporting the creation of accurate and constructible home plans, working with HighArc and legacy Revit models.
You'll be responsible for drafting and maintaining plans, elevations, and details, as well as updating Revit models during a software transition. A key part of the job involves producing detailed construction drawings that comply with building codes and ensuring the consistency and accuracy of the master plan library.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of residential BIM drafting experience, a solid understanding of residential construction and framing, and familiarity with Revit. Experience with HighArc, even if just a willingness to learn, is a plus.
