The company is looking for a 3D Designer Technician to join their mining industry team in Amos, Quebec, Canada. This role involves taking client needs and tender documents to create mechanical or structural drawings, developing 2D and 3D schematics, and integrating designs from all disciplines into a central 3D model. You'll be responsible for interdisciplinary coordination, collaborating with mechanical engineers and project managers, and ensuring design clearances are met. You'll also provide technical support to clients, help launch new projects, and proactively identify and manage design issues. The ideal candidate has a DEP in industrial design or a DEC in mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years in the field. Proficiency in Inventor, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Revit, and Autodesk Construction Cloud is essential, along with strong French communication and teamwork skills, analytical thinking, autonomy, and rigor.
