Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Technician to join their team. This role involves creating Revit 3D building models from architectural sketches and developing construction documents from these models. You'll also prepare presentation drawings and coordinate building system models from consultants.
To be successful, you'll need advanced Revit skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong organizational and time management abilities are key, along with being a motivated self-starter who can work independently. Excellent communication skills are also important for collaborating with the team.
An Associate's degree in Architecture (or a Bachelor's) and at least three years of direct project experience are required. Experience with Enscape, InDesign, AutoCAD, and Navisworks would be a plus.
