Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM/Revit Technician to join their team in New York, New York. This role involves supporting the NYC Water team on water, wastewater, conveyance, and stormwater projects. You'll be responsible for creating 3D models using Revit and other design software, ensuring adherence to design criteria and technical manuals.
You will work closely with engineers, coordinate with various design disciplines for interference checking, and perform quality control. This position requires in-person work at project sites in New York City and Westchester County.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience with Revit and Civil 3D, along with experience in BIM 360/Construction Cloud and Navisworks Manage. Familiarity with CIC and CEDD BIM modeling standards is also beneficial.
