Job Description
This role is for a BIM Technician III who will be instrumental in developing and coordinating complex 3D models for engineering projects. You'll be using your advanced technical expertise to troubleshoot and ensure projects run smoothly, focusing on BIM processes and software.
You'll be responsible for creating detailed layouts, drawings, and schedules for various building systems, and developing Project BIM Execution Plans. This involves setting up models, maintaining their accuracy, and generating clash reports to resolve issues collaboratively with the project team.
The position also involves providing advanced support for BIM software, creating complex families and schedules, and contributing to the development of organizational BIM standards. You'll also help assess and recommend new technologies to improve workflows.
