BIM Technician
Job Description
This role is for a Technical System Planner specializing in HVAC (HKLS) in Berlin, Germany. The company is looking for someone who wants to be actively involved in shaping real projects, not just drawing plans. You'll be working with a team that values both technical expertise and a supportive atmosphere.
In this position, you will contribute to the design, approval, and execution planning for HVAC systems. Your responsibilities will include creating 2D/3D plans for heating, ventilation, sanitation, and air conditioning, performing quantity take-offs from CAD models, and assisting with specifications. You'll also manage and maintain project documentation and collaborate closely with project managers and other trades within a BIM environment.
The ideal candidate will have a qualification as a Technical System Planner or a similar background in building services, with 5-10 years of experience. Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Revit and Linear, along with experience in 2D/3D construction and an understanding of BIM processes, is essential. A structured, independent work style with an interdisciplinary mindset is also key.
If you're ready to contribute your skills to exciting TGA projects and thrive in a collaborative, human-centric environment, this opportunity might be for you.
