Job Description
The company is looking for a Revit Technician to join their Technical team in Newark, New Jersey. This role involves supporting Building Services Engineers with daily design tasks and producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings using Revit and CAD.
You'll be responsible for carrying out BIM duties independently and assisting the BIM Manager with various tasks. This includes reviewing project files for compliance, implementing best practices, and coordinating drawing production with other disciplines to meet project deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of CAD software, specifically Autodesk Revit MEP, with at least two years of experience. An M&E background and a solid understanding of services coordination are also essential for this position.
