Job Description
This company is looking for an HVAC BIM Technician in Woodland, Washington. You'll be creating and managing BIM models for mechanical systems, working from design through construction. This involves detailed 3D modeling in Revit and AutoCAD MEP, producing fabrication drawings, and updating models as needed.
You'll also be involved in coordination meetings, using Navisworks for clash detection, and resolving conflicts with other trades before installation. The role requires adherence to BIM Execution Plans and quality control to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of BIM/CAD experience for HVAC systems, with strong skills in Revit MEP and AutoCAD, and a good understanding of Navisworks. Familiarity with HVAC systems, reading blueprints, and knowledge of fabrication processes are important.
