Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Technician I to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role involves supporting architects and designers by creating and managing Building Information Models. You'll be responsible for producing detailed construction drawings and preparing documents for permitting and coordination.
This position requires hands-on work with Revit, integrating various building systems into coordinated 3D models and 2D construction documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and a desire to grow within a collaborative design environment.
You should have at least three years of experience with BIM software and processes, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills. While an Associate's degree in a related field is required, a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Familiarity with local building codes is a plus.
